Description of Role:

The Human Resources (HR) Graduate is a support role within the HR Department. The HR Graduate will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and will support the management role in ensuring the department is run efficiently and effectively. 

Key Deliverables:

  • General administration support for the Human Resources Department
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Monitor and support on-boarding tasks
  • Assist in development of employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Review timesheets and highlight anomalies to Human Resources Manager
  • Schedule and assist in the development of training programmes
  • Update and record training documentation
  • Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicator information
  • Schedule & prepare for performance management meetings
  • Act as an administrative contact and support point for HR Department 
  • Support the development of the Sports & Social Club
  • Specific projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, EN1090 & ISPM15

Skills and Knowledge Requirements: 

  • Recent graduate of HRM or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Extremely high level of confidentiality
  • Positive attitude to assist all departments and a willingness to take on new tasks
  • Proven ability to adapt to new IT Software
