As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a receptionist / administrator to join our energetic team.

The Role

  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting the accounts team
  • Processing data on pension administration IT platform
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Other relevant duties

The Person

The successful candidate should be a self-driven person, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on client service.

The ideal candidate must

  • Have the ability to work closely with a team of pension professionals
  • Be numerate and possess an ability to pay attention to detail
  • Have some previous experience in a similar role.

Package will be commensurate with experience and suitability.
