Our Services Include Maintenance & Sales of fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels & Fire Blankets, Fire Warden Training / Fire Safety courses, Evacuation Chairs / Evacuation Ramps, Fire Alarms & Emergency Lighting, Health & Safety Signs, Dry Risers & Hydrants, Marine Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessments, and Fire Suppression Systems.
What the role will involve…….
This innovative project will focus on the integration of field, sales, finance & operations electronic data collection software, incorporating asset inventory, payroll, location-based tracking of audits, and asset tagging, both to achieve an internal audit trail, but also, to provide a digital-based coordinated service to clients and live data visualisation for the business.
The role will involve the full lifecycle of the application delivery, from solutions acquistions/process design through to the delivery of the configured system to clients. Gathering requirements from internal teams, understanding requirements and working to provide a design to then go on to deliver. Understanding of business process, workflow, data management, integration and quality assurance. You’ll be configuring templates, workflows, implementing new & existing software integration to meet the business requirements. Using problem solving skills to be able to add value in working with the wider Finance, Hr, Sales ,delivery and support team to enhance the offering to customers, including analysis and resolution of support issues & business information management / analytics.
As well as an attractive salary offering of £25 – 35k, the successful graduate will lead this 12 Month project, in a supportive partnership with University of Limerick and will also have the opportunity to study for a Post Grad Diploma in Business & Management as part of the employment package.
We need you to have…….
- Honors Degree in Management and Software/systems integration, or similar field
- Experience working with designing & implementing management systems
- Legally permitted to work in the UK
We would like you to have…..
- Previous working experience in the integration of software packages into an organization
- Experience managing budgets, developing process flows, establishing naming conventions & data collection, integration & analytics.
- Knowledge of the Fire Safety/ Construction sector, quality, environmental, health & safety compliance requirement.
