Graduate Process Improvement Project Manager, Enterprise Stationery Ltd (ESL)

Who we are….

Based in Lurgan, Co Armagh, the company designs and manufactures printed filing products for several mainly public sector end users. Products range from Case Note Folders to Plastic Reusable filling products and all print products in between. 

All the products are custom designed for individual customers, ensuring the integrity of sensitive documents and allowing for ease of access and speed of information retrieval.

What the role will involve…….

The aim of this project is to review the current manufacturing processes and operations at ESL and develop and implement a process improvement plan.

Key areas that the project will focus on will include: Manufacturing Value Stream Mapping and Waste identification; Stock Management Systems & Inventory Controls; Printing Machine capabilities & associated improvements with the manufacturing environment; Key Metrics & Performance Data Capture; and working as a team member to implement improvements within ESL.

As well as an attractive salary offering of £24,000 to 30,000, the successful graduate will lead this 12 Month project, in a supportive partnership with Institute of Technology Sligo and will also have the opportunity to study for a Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Management as part of the employment package.

We need you to have…….

  • Min 2.2 (hons) degree in any discipline,
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehousing structure,
  • Knowledge of lean principles and enjoy problem solving,
  • MUST be legally permitted to work in the UK.

We would like you to have…..

  • Knowledge of project management,
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM internal database.
