Customer Success Manager/Community Organizer Specialist
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager with a proven track record in Community Organizing or Political Campaigning to join our customer success team on a permanent full-time basis. The Customer Success Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that the company retains customer’s loyalty whilst expanding the customer base.
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager who will work closely with our customers to ensure a smooth and effective relationship that will enhance customer conversion, satisfaction, loyalty and retention. You will be showcasing our product and making the customer-product connection. The ultimate aim is to help the customer achieve their own goals through our product as the vehicle. This position requires listening to customers, establishing a plan of action, and carrying out that plan to find solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL YOU DO?
- Provide world class product support service to customers
- Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Pay particular attention to customer’s requirements and issues
- Provide customer training, tailored to meet their needs
- Create, manage, track and analyse customer data
- Achieve customer retention target
- Intervene to customers at risk
- Develop and implement a well-planned customer on-boarding
- An interest in advocacy or politics and grassroots campaigning is a must
- College degree in any related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success position is strongly preferred
- Fluent level of English
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
- Valid work permit to work in Ireland
