Lease Administrator- 2 Year Fixed Term

Volkswagen Financial Services AG is the largest automobile financial services provider in Europe. Our central task is to promote sales for the Volkswagen Group and its brands. The products and services of Volkswagen Financial Services range from the financing of new and used vehicles of all the Group's brands to dealer financing.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day to day workflow management within the Leasing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract review and activation of New Business Leasing agreements ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Direct communication with the customer to provide pro-active support.
  • Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties to include customer lifecycle updates and payment of road tax.
  • Support our Dealers and internal Sales team with leasing queries.

Skills required

  • Confident and customer focused in communicating both by telephone and face to face.
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with a proactive approach and the ability to react appropriately and effectively to fast changing circumstances and demands.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Proficient keyboard and excellent data-entry skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel
  • Strong numerical competence.
  • High level of time management and organisational skills
  • Leasing experience desirable
  • Experience in the motor finance industry desirable.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
