While on the programme you will get access to a formal development curriculum as well opportunities to experience different parts of the business, support local CSR projects, sign up to an International Buddy Scheme and connect to mentors and graduates across the world. Diageo will support every step of the way, but a graduates natural drive and enthusiasm will ensure the most is made of all the opportunities available.
