The Opportunity: Graduate Cloud Support Associate

We are seeking people with strong customer support and technical skills. Do you have experience troubleshooting problems? Do you have a background in networking or operating systems? Do you enjoy working with customers and providing world-class customer service? If you fit the description, you might be the person we are looking for!

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:

  • Learn and use ground-breaking technologies
  • Apply advanced monitoring and troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs
  • Interact with leading IT companies around the world
  • Work directly with Amazon Web Services engineers to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve services
  • Facilitate customer communication during critical events

Basic Qualifications:

  • Do you have or anticipate to secure a Computer Science or related degree?
  • Do you feel that your written and spoken English language skills are strong?
  • Do you want to have an active role in one of the world’s most customer centric organizations?
  • O/S Administration (Windows or Linux)
  • Network Essentials (TCP/IP)
  • Knowledge of Internet Fundamentals
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to prioritise many tasks in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications:                      

  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts
  • Experience with scripting / programing
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL)
  • Experience with AWS
