Train to Hire Graduate Programme

This 6 month programme gives you the skills and understanding to take on a full-time role at the Bank. If you’re expecting to receive a second-class degree (or better) and have a genuine desire to build a career in our dynamic Dublin environment, our Train to Hire programme really could be your first step towards a successful career in global banking.

Placement Year

This structured 12-month placement provides high-level exposure to our people, style of working and the values that tie us together. Giving you the chance to experience different business operations as well as undertake extensive training both in the classroom and on-the-job.

We are accepting applications from students in their penultimate year of a four year course from any degree discipline that incorporates a year-long industry placement.

Industry Placement

This unique three month placement is your chance to gain valuable data analytics experience during the summer months. Over the course of the placement, you’ll benefit from on-the-job training as well as gaining an understanding of how we use data analytics to solve business and data problems. Working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, you’ll learn how to work with data to develop solutions that could redefine the way we do business.

We are accepting applications from students in their penultimate year of a Maths, Science, Technology or Statistics related degree.
