Fundamentals of UX Design

Learn how to design effective and enjoyable user experiences by developing valuable skills in user research, design principles, problem solving and testing.

It’s impossible not to interact with computers, whether for work, leisure or socialising. However, the quality of these interactions can vary from very good to very frustrating! A user experience designer understands not just how to design and produce an enjoyable user experience, but also why effectiveness matters. This course introduces the key activities and stages of a user experience design project, and provides an opportunity to put these into practice.

• Applicants may also be considered provided they can demonstrate Degree equivalence, which can be verified through the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process.
