This 1-year part-time course is aimed at developing the strategic thinking skills of managers and leaders and at enhancing their understanding of strategy and business planning in practice.
The course aims to provide learners with the relevant skills and abilities to critically compare business models and diagnose key strategic issues for various industries; develop a strategy and an in-depth financial plan for a proposed project (including a risk assessment), and strategically communicate this plan to relevant stakeholders.
The Strategy Module is run as a oneweek intensive session in collaboration with Heilbronn University, Germany and the participants participate in an advanced business simulation. There are follow up assignments the participants have to complete as well.
