Postgraduate Diploma in Visual C# Programming with Visual Studio. Net via Online Distance Learning

Microsoft Visual C# is one of the IT world's most popular programming languages designed specifically for Microsoft's powerful .NET platform. C# has become a language of choice for implementing Windows applications that integrate with the Internet and the Web and also for the development of ASP. Net Web Applications.

The introductory modules teach people with little or no programming experience how to program with the Visual C# 2008 programming language.

Topics include introductory object-oriented programming, algorithmic thinking, problem solving, control statements, primitive types, operators, keyboard input, screen output, methods (user-defined and API), arrays and strings., event-driven programming, graphical user interfaces (GUIs) with Windows Forms and exception handling.

Qualifications
Successful candidates are awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Visual C Sharp Programming at Pass, Credit or Distinction level. The Diploma is awarded by the Institute of Commercial Management.
