Organisational Coaching Implementation

The MSc in Organisational Coaching Implementation is awarded after completion of IMI Diploma in Executive Coaching Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.

Part 2 focusses on designing and developing a coaching framework to enable organisations to effectively introduce executive coaching in their organisational development strategy.

Part 3 is looking for participants to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of a coaching framework in supporting the organisational development strategy.

Pathway Options

Participants who have completed the IMI Diploma in Executive Coaching have three options in their journey to achieving a Masters.

Programme Benefits

On successful completion of this programme participants should be able to:

•Demonstrate competence in the use and impact of executive coaching models and theories.

•Integrate coaching practice in an organisational context to develop individual confidence and performance.

•Work within the ethical boundaries and limitations of the coaching practitioner with regard to competence, the practice and purpose of coaching as a developmental tool in line with the requirements of the organisation.

•Identify and define how an ethical coaching philosophy can coexist in the context of organisational development.

•Design and facilitate team coaching intervention to support executive and senior management teams in developing effective strategies and solve complex organisational problems.

•Design, develop and test a coaching strategy and demonstrate an ability to integrate coaching practices with other organisational development initiatives.

•Draw definitive conclusions and demonstrate the knowledge and arguments behind them in the implementation of coaching practice within an organisation.

•Demonstrate their ability to undertake research and to integrate academic frameworks, tools and models into an organisational coaching implementation strategy.

•Prepare and deliver a robust research report in organisational coaching implementation as well as demonstrate an ability to integrate knowledge and to analyse, assess and manage the research process.

Entry requirements

Participants are required to provide evidence of relevant workbased learning at a management level and / or should hold a relevant academic qualification at primary degree level. For the MSc in Organisational Coaching Implementation Pathway successful completion of the IMI Diploma in Executive Coaching is needed to enter Part 2.

On successful completion of IMI Diploma in Executive Coaching, Part 2 and Part 3, participants will be awarded the MSc in Organisational Coaching implementation. This is accredited by University College Cork at (Level 9) on the National Framework of Qualifications.
