IT Project Management

Is this course for me?

Our Higher Diploma in Science in Computing in IT Project Management will augment your existing skills and knowledge to prepare you for a career in IT Project Management. It is a one year, full-time and two year, part-time course.

The course has been designed to ensure you have the base both for continued self-development as well as a set of skills that are transferable to the broader computing industry. Modules include: Project Management Frameworks & Methodologies and Software Engineering & Management.

Successful graduates go on to enjoy rewarding careers in sectors including insurance, banking and other industries using significant IT infrastructure, in roles as diverse as IT Project Planner, Managers and IT Resource Trackers.

Entry requirements

Minimum Entry Requirements
Level 8 Honours Degree in Computing or any Degree with a significant element of Project Management with a minimum of second class honours (2.2). If you don't have an honours degree but have relevant experience you may also be eligible to apply via Recognition Prior Learning (RPL).


1 year full-time or 2 years part-time
