Volunteer Management and Leadership

This Level 9 Postgraduate Certificate in Volunteer Leadership and Management aims to introduce volunteer management within the context of effective volunteer resource planning, strategic operations, communications, leadership skills, governance and compliance. The programme is designed for those in volunteer management roles or those involved in managing volunteers in the wider community. This programme aims to equip students with the theory and practical skills, supported through reflecting on their own experience, to lead and manage volunteers in a variety of community, voluntary, non-profit, public and private sector contexts.

The programme was designed in partnership with Volunteer Ireland and Volunteer Now (Northern Ireland).
