What is... Public Affairs and Political Communication?
The Master of Arts in Public Affairs and Political Communication is a one-year full time programme combining lectures, project work, the production of an academic dissertation and internship with a view to preparing students for a successful career in public affairs and political communication.
This is a taught full time post-graduate programme of twelve months duration including the submission of a dissertation of original research on a relevant subject. The programme also involves a placed internship of up to fifteen hours a week, in a public, private and not for profit organisations engaged in public affairs, including Dáil and Seanad Éireann. Possession of a laptop personal computer will be a pre-requisite of the programme.
