The Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising and Digital Communication provides a broad insight to the Irish Advertising Industry, students gain a deep understanding of the operations of a communications agency, both internally and in its business context. This innovative programme was created in response to meet the industry needs for skilled advertising professionals with the necessary knowledge to suceed in the ever evolving marketplace. The programme is dedicated to giving students a rigorous conceptual framework and a systematic knowledge and understanding of the issues that are the forefront of Advertising and Digital Communications theory and practice theory. It is divided into two streams – creative and executive, although both streams are integrated for certain core modules.
One of the key outcomes of the programme is the opportunity for students to showcase their potential, as successful advertising practioners to key figures in the advertising industry at the annual pitch night which takes place each November.
