Information Studies

The Master of Arts (Information Studies) provides an opportunity for graduate study and research in Information Studies. Subject specialisations in the areas of: 
- Information behaviour;
-Information and society;
-Information management and digital libraries;
-And information sharing and collaboration

Entry requirements

You will need:
-A primary degree in Information Studies, or cognate discipline (Second class honours or higher).
-Applicants whose first language is not English must also demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 6.5 (no band less than 6.0 in each element), or equivalent.
-Names and contact details of two referees who can assess your suitability, intellectual ability, and motivation

1 year full-time, 2 years part-time.

Careers or further progression

An MA in Information Studies is excellent preparation for the workplace, or for further graduate research.
