Research areas

The School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science is at the cutting edge of research and research programmes.

The Research Programmes are organised into distinct hubs of activity: Clinical Epidemiology; Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Health; Sport, Exercise and Health, Food and Health; Geary Institute Programmes; HRB CSTAR; UCD Centre for Health Services Research; UCD Centre for Translational Pain Research; Occupational and Environmental Studies and Cystic Fibrosis Registry. You will find that we have an international reputation in these fields of activity, with many national and international partners, including government agencies, statutory and non-statutory organisations and other academic institutions.
