The MSc in Business Sustainability is a customised programme run in partnership with Bord Bia. The programme is connected to a key component of Bord Bias current strategy, Origin Green, the objective of which is to build credentials in sustainable food supply of Irish food and drinks companies with a view to revolutionising, at an international level, how Irish food is positioned using sustainability. In an intense, challenging and constructive learning environment participants are exposed to the area of sustainability and learn about applying this subject area in a very real manner for organisational growth and development.
Who is it for?
The MSc is designed specifically for individuals who come from a broad range of specialist areas and who want to hone their skills in the area of business sustainability. This full-time, highly intensive programme will challenge participants to grow, change and develop. We look for participants who have at least 5 years work experience and can demonstrate an ability to be able to manage academic requirements along with the flexibility to relocate internationally for different elements of the programme.

It allows participants to gain in-depth knowledge of the emerging issues in business sustainability and the key skills necessary to integrate them so that a genuine, realistic and practical sustainability agenda can be created within the organisation. The programme is unique in its ability to position participants in key placements with the worlds leading organisations. During the programme, you will meet and network with a wide range of industry leaders, sustainability experts and governmental agencies to help you foster real links in industry and the field of sustainability.
It focuses on building the business case for sustainability and participants develop a thorough understanding of how to position and help change an organisation so that they can adequately respond to the sustainability agenda.
