Innovation Management

Graduates of the Specialist Diploma in Innovation Management gain knowledge and skills to meet the needs of companies, to drive innovation and establish an innovative business environment. Students learn about innovation and change, how it effects business operations and identify new process technologies that will improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. The programme also addresses how to manage new product innovation strategies and process technologies effectively, and find appropriate business process improvements to facilitate the introduction of such technologies.

This programme forms part of the MSc in Technology Management. Those who have completed this programme may continue on to the MSc and will be eligible for exemptions from the modules completed as part of this Specialist Diploma.
