What you can expect
This role will see you take on a range of responsibilities across Abbey Capital’s front and middle office over two years.
You will gain a valuable understanding of our business through rotations with the Research, Markets, Technology and Risk teams as part of a structured 2-year programme. Each graduate will be supported by an assigned internal mentor for the duration of the programme and will also be sponsored through a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) qualification including study leave.

What you will need
This position is open to applicants with:
- A honours level bachelor’s degree or master’s with a keen interest in working in financial markets.
- You may be a recent graduate or someone who has just under 1 years’ experience.
- Some experience of coding would be a distinct advantage.
- You should also have strong spoken and written English language skills.
- Strong excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
