The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, pro-active and self-motivated person to join our team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Graduate, or someone with 1 years’ experience in an administrative role. Working as part of the Client Services team, you will support our Marketing, Sales and Client Service teams with the ongoing production and enhancement of our Sales materials, Client performance reports and Fund fact sheets.


  • Production of our full suite of client facing materials on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the content, as well as the look and feel of all materials
  • Work with our legal team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
  • Manage distribution of materials to clients and the sales team
  • Process improvement – bring innovation to enhance the delivery of our materials, creation of templates
  • Assist with roll-out of new systems or processes to enhance or speed up the creation of materials

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Third level qualification
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Excellent standard of both spoken and written English
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, report building)
  • Experience working with HubSpot would be an advantage
  • Strong creative outlook with an eye for detail
  • Highly organised and efficient with an enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong investigative skills, good understanding of data and how it supports the creation of sales and client materials
