Due to continued company growth, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to build a long term career within engineering, commissioning, and project delivery while gaining exposure to international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers and project teams with day to day engineering and commissioning activities

Support the coordination and delivery of mechanical engineering packages across live projects
-
Assist with reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
-
Participate in project meetings, reporting activities, and progress tracking
-
Support commissioning and quality assurance processes on site and remotely where required
-
Assist with inspections, testing activities, and site walkdowns
-
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and operations personnel
-
Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and technical documentation
-
Support project planning and scheduling activities across multiple projects
-
Assist with identifying and resolving engineering issues alongside senior team members
-
Develop an understanding of mechanical systems within mission critical and industrial environments
-
Gain exposure to international engineering standards, commissioning procedures, and project delivery processes
-
Support health and safety initiatives and company procedures across all project activities
Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
-
Strong interest in engineering, commissioning, construction, or project delivery environments
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
-
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
-
Full driving licence preferred
-
Flexibility to travel or support projects where required
-
Current right to work in Europe preferred
