We will continue to welcome applications from new and recently qualified graduates in all disciplines who would like to express an interest in joining our Graduate Development Programme in 2023.
As a successful graduate, you will have the opportunity join the two year EirGrid Group Graduate Development Programme. The Programme offers structured rotations (typically 3 rotations), challenging assignments and exposure to different aspects of our business. Throughout the Programme, you will be provided with real responsibilities and a range of activities to ensure their knowledge of our business and their technical skills and experience are developed.
You will be involved in all aspects of our business to grow your knowledge and skills in all aspects of this dynamic sector including technical planning and operational, commercial, project management, regulatory, analytical, financial, research and electricity market activities.
You will demonstrate a 2:1 capability in any primary degree. You will demonstrate your motivation and interest in working in the energy sector . You will have strong analysis, judgement and problem solving skills.
Most importantly, you need strong interpersonal and team working skills; you need to work collaboratively with colleagues. You also need strong communication skills and have an awareness of customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
