As a HR Business Analyst, you will be a core member of our Global Human Resources team, working alongside our Global Chief Human Resource Officer. You will advise internal stakeholders on best

practices and processes, supporting them to achieve excellence. By reporting to a board member, you will also play an integral role in shaping the future of Eurofins HR operating model globally.

Main responsibilities:

  • Document, streamline, implement and digitalise Global HR processes;
  • Design standardised processes and methodologies, in close cooperation with various teams across HR, such as Talent Acquisition, Offer, Talent Management, and Training;
  • Shape and execute governance models for the daily management of Group HR processes, to ensure increased data quality in internal systems;
  • Set up and track performance metrics and contribute to the identification of potential opportunities for improvement;
  • Follow up & advise on strategic projects and initiatives;
  • Design and implement next generation IT systems to facilitate HR processes.


Educational background: Master’s degree from a top university or business school

Type and duration of previous experience: 2-3 years of experience in project management, consulting or a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to convey messages clearly and for different audiences;
  • Ability to define concepts, align them with key stakeholders in different teams, and describe them clearly and concisely;
  • Ability to independently set up, manage and drive a clearly defined project;
  • Proven change management and persuasive skills;
  • Strong observational and analytical skills;
  • Conceptual thinking skills;
  • Organisational skills with high attention to detail;
  • Dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of drive and energy.

Technical knowledge: Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools is required

Language skills and level expected: Fluent English required (both written and oral communication)
