The Opportunity

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a HR entry level graduate to join our Business Operations Team. The successful candidate will work across a number of internal functions providing support to HR and the wider Business Operations team. The successful candidate will be a key support to the HR Manager.

The role may encompass;

  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager in the daily operations of the HR function
  • Point of contact for all HR and policy related queries ensuring all queries and issues are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinating the employee’s life cycle process including:
  1. Co-ordinating the on-boarding, induction & offboarding processes for all employees
  2. Creating and maintaining employee files accurately using HRIS
  3. Monitoring end of probation and visas through the HR system
  • Updating and maintaining the HR section of the RSM intranet
  • Issuing all employee letters as requested i.e. references, employee letters, salary certificates etc.
  • Responsibility for ongoing recruitment including advertising, screening, scheduling and arranging interviews.
  • Providing administrative support to the Business Operations Director as required.
  • Providing Reception cover on an ad hoc basis

The successful candidates will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate with a degree/qualification in Business/HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team player with experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
