daa operates Dublin and Cork airports in Ireland and has significant overseas businesses through its ARI and daa International subsidiaries in addition to the Dublin Airport Central development at Dublin Airport and daa Labs. daa has a turnover more than €850 million pre pandemic, over 3500 employees and the group incorporate some 50 subsidiaries, associates, and joint venture entities across various international locations. In 2024 we will hire several interns across various parts of our business all of whom will be valued employees and will actively contribute towards the success of the teams you join to support our teams in building back better.

We have opportunities for several interns within the HR function across Talent Acquisition, iHR Advisor Reward and Wellbeing and Dublin Airport Operations and ARI Marketing and E-commerce. This is a paid internship at an annual salary of €26,487.12. Consideration will be given to candidates seeking placements of 6-12 months duration with a start date between March-June 2024 . All internships will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy and challenging environment.

The iHR team was launched in December 2015 with the objective of centralising key HR activities and administration that were previously owned by the HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence teams. There are 4 on the team including the iHR Team Lead. The HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for HR queries raised by customers via the telephone or online and will be responsible for providing a range of dedicated HR advice and support to managers and employees within the daa. The successful candidate will also provide support for all our key HR Processes.
