We have opportunities for several interns within the HR function across Talent Acquisition, iHR Advisor Reward and Wellbeing and Dublin Airport Operations and ARI Marketing and E-commerce. This is a paid internship at an annual salary of €26,487.12. Consideration will be given to candidates seeking placements of 6-12 months duration with a start date between March-June 2024 . All internships will provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy and challenging environment.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all internal and external recruitment channels and processes including sourcing, attracting, assessing, and selecting candidates across the company in Ireland and globally.

The team works in close partnership with Line Managers and Business Unit HR leaders to deliver a pipeline of first-class candidates for the company. A key area of focus in 2024 will be to automate key processes and drive best practice through better use of technology. The team also have responsible for Diversity and Inclusion across the organisation. The intern in this team will support across all projects and processes.
