Operations Internship

As a Operations Student you will gain:

Eligible applicants should be:

• Pursuing a third level Undergraduate or Post Graduate Engineering or Science Qualification
• Excellent communicators, team players and Innovators
• Passionate about STEM and interested in pursuing a career in a STEM environment
• Candidates should be striving towards a 2.1 Grade in their degree course
• Available to commence a 9 or 12 month placement in 2024
• Flexibility to be based in our Abbott Diagnostics Division site in Sligo.

Technical Operations Internship

As a Technical Operations Student you will gain:

What are we looking for?

Eligible applicants should be:

• Pursuing a third level Undergraduate or Post Graduate a Science discipline namely biochemistry, analytical chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.

• Passionate about STEM and interested in pursuing a career in a STEM environment.
• Candidates should be striving towards a 2.1 Grade in their degree course.
• Available to commence a 9 or 12 month placement in 2024.
• Flexibility to be based at one of our Abbott Nutrition, Devices site in Sligo.

To support our diverse businesses assignments, as an Food Science Intern with Abbott Ireland could involve working in Solution Preparation, In-Process Testing, Product Formulation, Process Development, Documentation Review & Approval, Research and Development areas as well as general Laboratory work.
