Job Summary
As a company committed to developing our future workforce, we created a program that will enable you to fast track your career through classroom and on-the-job training and clear benchmarks.
Every year, NetApp runs three global S3 Academy classes commencing in February, June and September.
At the start of the program, we will fly you to the United States to take part in our robust 90-day training program based in Raleigh Durham NC, USA at our facilities designed for entry-level talent. During this training, Academy Participants gain the foundational knowledge needed to have a basic understanding of the Storage Industry, NetApp, and products and solutions. Additionally, they effectively develop transferable soft skills that will allow them to excel within the organization and in their long-term careers.
You will experience an exciting 3 months with Graduate peers from all over the world. Afterwards you will return to Ireland to start the on-the-job portion of your training.
Job Roles
We recruit for multiple entry level tech graduate roles including Solutions Engineers, Software Engineers, Cloud Solutions Architects, Technical Support Engineers, Associate Technical Consultatnts and Project Managers amongst others. Most of these roles are based in Ireland but we also recruit the same roles in multiple locations across Europe and rest of the world.
Your Profile
- Graduated within the past 3 years.
- University degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Other degrees will also be considered.
- Can demonstrate a keen interest in technology and how it shapes the future world.
- For Irish based roles, must already have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Fluency in another European language (French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish or Italian) is a bonus.
