For our office in Cork, we are currently looking for an Officer to support the Operations team as we continue to develop and enhance our best in class operating model for our European operations. You will use experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritise tasks, and strong personal character to help support the team and enhance our operating model and facilitate the overall fund team’s performance and growth.


  • Tasks involved in the support of the Operations team include:
  • Contributing to keeping internal databases up to date, ensuring static data is current & accurate Aiding the billing process
  • Organising and collecting documents for notarization or legalisation
  • Collecting signature of documents (via Docusign), including contracts, under the supervision of the team;
  • Producing reports and presentations in a timely manner. This will include the coordination and production of monthly reporting to be used in various governance forums
  • Liaising with members of the team across all offices including Cork, Dublin, Vilnius, Luxembourg
  • Collaborating with the management team on adhoc requests and projects
  • General support and coordination across the Operations management team


  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience working in a similar role, with prior experience in the fund administration business considered an asset
  • You possess strong skills and experience in MS Powerpoint and Excel
  • You are organized, adaptable and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • You demonstrate reliability and integrity, acting as a team player at all times
  • You have the ability to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for directions when appropriate.
