Job description

DCM Learning are looking for a part time administrator for an immediate start at our offices in Drogheda, Co Louth.

Your job will be to provide admin support to our colleagues and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

The selected administrator should be highly organised and able to multitask with ease. Microsoft office and administration experience preferable.

Duties & Responsibility Include:

  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Assisting with implementing new internal systems
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and visitors.
  • Collaborating with team members and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
