Revive Active is a manufacturer of high quality, powder-based health supplements. Their range of supplements contain 26 ingredients and support human optimum health in brain, skin, joint and energy and immune care. Consumers in developed economies are focusing more on health and well-being, the markets for their products are growing quickly, and as such they are planning significant export sales growth in the next 5 years.
This project will deliver process improvements within the business so Revive Active can continue to deliver their recent hyper-growth in sales. The project will also encompass a review of the current CRM System and cost benefit analysis will be undertaken for distribution and stockholdings.
The existing warehouse systems and processes are also becoming a barrier to growth. The project will provide ERP optimisation and the implementation of world-class process development methods including Just in Time (JIT) processing. The project will also improve import/export processes to better deal with Brexit.
The successful graduate will lead this project, in a supportive partnership with Southern Regional College and will also have the opportunity to avail of a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen’s University Belfast as part of the employment offering
- Minimum requirement of a level 5 (NI)/ level 6 (ROI) Qualification
- Minimum of one year’s relevant industrial experience (can be a placement year)
- Legally permitted to work in ROI
- 3D CAD Experience
- Knowledge of and experience in the appliance of Lean Principles
- 1 -3 years industrial experience of Warehouse systems
The successful graduate should also be a self-starter, have the ability to work both in an unsupervised capacity as well as within a team environment, and demonstrate a well-organised, flexible and logical approach to problem solving.
