Data Analytics & Assurance

The explosion of data in recent years has changed the way businesses operate. If you join this team, you will help your clients to improve their critical decision-making by harnessing the power of data and data analytics. We work with businesses from all industries, giving assurance to various aspects of their data by offering services including data governance and quality assessment, ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes, business intelligence, financial modeling, process mining, advanced analytics, and reporting using visualisation tools and practices. Within the digital era, we are helping our clients in their journey to an intelligent enterprise using machine learning, automation and enhancing their way of working with emerging tech and digital data-driven solutions.

IT Risk Assurance

Today’s business environment is more complex and connected than ever before. IT platforms are a fundamental foundation for organisations, and our clients need to be able to trust these systems. Our IT Risk and Assurance team tests our clients’ IT systems and processes and helps ensure that their data is accurately processed and properly reported. We also identify IT risks and design appropriate governance and risk management processes, and our recommendations shape our clients’ broader strategic response to cyber risk. Finally, we highlight our clients’ current capacity to handle threats and identify target areas for cybersecurity investment.

Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Compliance

If you join this team, you will provide our clients with comfort and assurance around the risk and control environment in their organisations. We obtain a 360-degree view of our clients’ businesses to assess their strategic, operational, regulatory, financial and technological risks from every angle. Our recommendations ultimately help them improve their controls and process efficiency and achieve their strategic and business objectives. We also help our clients design and build frameworks, processes, controls and tools to mitigate risks. This involves seeing opportunities for performance improvement, protecting reputations, mitigating threats, and designing and implementing optimised control environments.

Trust & Transparency

Building trust among customers and stakeholders is more than good business practice—it’s an important source of competitive advantage that sustains long-term growth. This team explores every angle of our clients’ organisations to help them increase clarity and establish trust in all aspects of their business relationships, processes and controls. Using our skills in technology, regulatory compliance, accounting and our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) expertise, we help clients improve their bargaining power, achieve economies of scale and forge better and longer-lasting partnerships.

As an Associate, you will join over 200 RAS professionals in providing these specialist services to a wide range of clients. You’ll always be asking questions to help you develop a comprehensive picture of your client’s business. It’s fact-finding work with great responsibility and career progression. You’ll be meeting senior team members, trusted with confidential information and given responsibilities from day one.

Who are we looking for?

• Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree);

• Good analytical, organisational and problem solving skills;
