The Role
- Support the sales team with day-to-day key account management administration
- Run and analyse sales reports and deliver updates to wider business, highlighting concerns and recommendations to turn around
- Create engaging customer presentations for any big retailer meetings and deliver to sales team
- Complete new line forms submissions and ensure loading in timely manner, liaising with all departments in timely manner.
- Be the main point of contact for the customer services team to ensure orders are processed smoothly and communication remains tight with all customers
- Assist in monthly forecasting for all customers and liaise with supply chain team to ensure accuracy
- Co-ordinate, pack and send out customer samples requests
- Follow up and respond to all customer queries for all accounts e.g., price queries, NPD forms etc
- Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions (Some travel may be required to UK and Europe)
- Ad hoc activities as required
- Role will report to Sales Enablement Manager (to be hired) and to the International Commercial Director in the interim
Competencies
- High level proficiency in the MS Office, in particular Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to adapt to a fast changing environment and respond in an efficient and timely manner
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have strong communication skills – both written and verbal
