I have just completed my first year on the graduate programme at First Derivative and have already gained a great range of knowledge and experience working for a global company, all from my home location in Northern Ireland.
The skills that I have built through the Capital Markets Training Programme have been hugely beneficial for my career and very transferrable into the client projects I have had the opportunity to work on.
More widely, I have been afforded the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Emotional Intelligence and was nominated for 'Pioneer of the Year' in the company Step-Up awards.
I was delighted to be shown recognition for the work I have completed in my first year with the company.
