The Irish Distillers Graduate Programme was an amazing start to my career. The programme gives you the ability to work in many different areas and explore the different aspects of my area in the real world.
I was given the lucky opportunity to work on many different projects. It has allowed me to apply what I learned in university to every aspect of the job.
The rotations to different departments meant I was constantly learning and expanding my knowledge of the business. The culture of conviviality and safety-first was a great environment to be a part of and I felt like everyone mattered.
Being a part of the history of this company and contributing to its success is an honour.
