Artificial Intelligence Strategy & Transformation - Micro-credential

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the defining disruptive innovations of our age. Each year new AI apps realise greater value for customers and generate a rapid return on investment. Conversational platforms such as chatbots and tools like Siri from Apple have popularised the value of AI. However, investment in AI also carries big risks with over half of AI projects failing to create value. Failures occur for many reasons, but many arise from poor decision-making by managers. AI Managers must often decide between the competing needs of how to build internal AI maturity, when to collaborate with Ai service providers and how and when to change embedded information architectures. This Micro-credential explores the development of an effective AI strategy and transformation process for helping you and other team leaders to address these challenges and realise the full potential of AI. This project-based online course will help you to: Understand Innovation, Define AI Goals, Manage AI Actions, Empower AI Teams, Monitor AI Results, and, Develop AI Strategies.
