This programme provides students with an overview and understanding of the construction procurement processes and commercial risk management relating to construction contract law and finance risk management. The course aims to provide participants with the skills and practical experience to plan and manage these key risks within the construction sector.

Candidates will be expected to hold a minimum second-class honours degree Level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent. As this programme caters for all professions, any Level 8 qualification will be considered.
