The Entrepreneurship and Medtech programme is designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge and skills required to navigate the intersection of entrepreneurship and medical technology. Entry requirements

A H2.2 Bachelor degree at level 8 in a cognate science discipline such as biochemistry, microbiology, biology, biomedical science/engineering or equivalent, is required. Applicants who do not hold the specified qualification, may apply through the ATU RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process for admission to the programme.

When to Apply

There are two major intake periods throughout the academic year, September and January. For January start courses, applications typically open in October, and for September start courses, applications typically open in February. Closing dates for applications are listed on the individual course webpages.

Duration

2 years, full-time, blended delivery.



Study Hours

This course is offered mostly online with 6-10 lecture hours per week and 1-3 self-guided study hours.



On-Campus Attendance

The course requires a few on-campus activities for the Principles of Finance and Accounting and Strategic Marketing and Communication modules.
