Executive Leadership

MSc Executive Leadership is a programme for current or aspiring senior managers with leadership experience.

It allows time out to experience: intellectual challenge; exposure to diverse perspectives and global insights on leadership; self-reflection-enhanced self-awareness; support to develop new innovative thinking and create a cadre of people that subscribe to values-based ethical leadership.

The approach to learning and assessment creates space for systemic thinking, exploring futurist approaches to the world of work, the development of self-aware adaptive leaders, and learning organisations that will survive in a world of chaos and uncertainty.

An integral part of the programme is a period of study at the Global Leadership Institute, Boston College, USA, one of the world’s leading universities. This provides an unrivalled opportunity to meet with and discuss how senior executives are innovating and re-inventing their organisations.
