Golf Management

Golf is one of the world’s largest sport-related travel markets, both in terms of visitor numbers and revenue generation. The continuing growth of the market has led to an increased demand for professionals in all areas of golf management. Ireland is recognised as a key golf destination, with champion golfers, world-ranking courses and major international events.

Based at the Coleraine campus on the Atlantic north coast of Northern Ireland, just 5 miles from Royal Portrush Golf Club, this degree will develop your analytical and organisational skills, provide you with specialist, in-depth golf-industry knowledge and ultimately prepare you for a rewarding career in golf management. You will learn about the global golf industry, how to manage golf resorts, and how to develop golf tourism and events, along with the business knowledge and skills needed to run a successful golf tourism venture.
