Introduction to Genomics Data Science - Micro-credential

The R statistical programming environment (including Bioconductor libraries) will then be used to perform basic analysis of sequence data. Students will also gain experience in the use of the linux command-line environment and HPC/cloud infrastructure allowing them to perform large scale genomic analyses. Throughout the module, emphasis will be placed on reproducible research using a combination of software environment management and code versioning tools, including: docker, conda, and git/github.
