The MSc in Management offers an outstanding and comprehensive management training with modern modules taught by experienced professors. It is designed for people who hold a non-business undergraduate degree and wish to pursue or further develop a career in business.

The programme is also offered on a part-time basis, delivered online over 2 years.
The MSc in Management Online (part-time) offers you all the benefits of a comprehensive management education without putting your career on hold thanks to its highly flexible online delivery mode. The programme is aimed at those with a non-business undergraduate degree who are looking to accelerate their career by combining their prior qualifications with an in-depth understanding of all key business disciplines. This Master's programme is delivered online by our dedicated Graduate Business School, UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Entry requirements
Please review the entry requirements below. The UCD Smurfit Admissions Office staff have expertise in reviewing international qualifications from around the world and will be able to assess your application's comparability to the Irish entry requirements.
You must have a minimum second-class honours degree in a non-business discipline.
OR
In very exceptional circumstances, applications may be accepted from non-degree holders with significant management work experience. An interview may also form part of the assessment process. Closing dates for such non-standard applications is 1st August 2026.
If English is not your first language, an English language qualification is required for admission to all of our programmes. The exception to this rule is if you have completed your primary degree or an entire third level qualification through English, in an English speaking country.
