Project Leadership & Management
At the highest levels of project delivery, leadership is not just about execution—it’s about setting direction, shaping culture, and influencing outcomes across entire organisations. In Ireland’s fast-evolving sectors, senior project leaders are expected to steer transformation, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and deliver results that resonate long after the project closes.
This university-backed diploma, delivered by 10 industry experts, is designed for experienced professionals ready to operate at that level. You’ll refine advanced capabilities in emotional intelligence, strategic negotiation, and influence without authority, while mastering how to lead high-performing teams across cultures, geographies, and organisational structures. Whether in the public sector, SME environment, or multinational operations, you’ll graduate equipped to lead with authority, agility, and vision.
It’s your pathway to shaping not just projects, but the strategic future of your organisation.
This course examines the capabilities, attitudes, and behaviours needed to become a confident, driven, and focused project leader. By combining advanced leadership frameworks with real-world application, you will strengthen emotional intelligence, strategic negotiation, and stakeholder influence, while mastering the adaptability to lead diverse, high-performing teams in predictive, agile, and hybrid environments.
