Selling for Founders - Micro-credential

The aim of this Micro-credential is to enable students to become proficient in founder selling: communicating their vision for their product/ service and understanding how stakeholders (not just customers) value their new offering.

Are you a founder/start-up business with a great idea for a product or in early-stage product development, but you don’t know who to sell to or how to sell it?

Are you an experienced business owner with established products and customers who are testing/ exploring a new product to bring to market so you need to revisit customers/pipeline/sales strategy?

Are you a creative professional Solopreneur with a passion for creativity with no sales experience or customers?

Founder selling is what you do when you need to sell and you have no brand, no marketing backup, no track record, no reference customers and you don’t even have a product or service that works yet. Founder selling is different from professional sales and sales management, and research shows that founder selling is critical to new venture development. Yet, entrepreneurs are often unprepared for this challenge. By the end of this course students will have a sales strategy for their business to elevate their sales journey
