Portobello Institute offers an MSc in Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation in collaboration with AECC University College.

Work Placement

All learning on the course is focused on acquiring professional skills, which means that students underpin their studies with placements and practical experience to achieve competency in a broad range of practice-focused skills.

Entry requirements

Entry to this course is by direct application to Portobello Institute.



Applicants will be required to have a minimum of a 2.2 (or equivalent) in a related subject discipline. You should also submit an up-to-date CV and copies of awards/professional qualifications.



All applicants must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of the English Language.



Candidates whose first language is not English must present a recognised English language qualification at IELTS 6.0 level or equivalent. Applicants holding the above Pre-Masters qualification, or who have studied and successfully completed an undergraduate programme though through English are exempt from such requirements.
