Culture

We enjoy a flexible hybrid way of working which allows us to focus on our outcomes and contributions. Work Smart @Musgrave is our hybrid approach which gives us the option to alternate our time between connecting and collaborating in the office and working remotely. Working this way allows us to enjoy the best of the remote working experience while also giving us the opportunity to connect in person and work together onsite. Across Musgrave, our roles allow for different levels of flexibility. Hybrid arrangements are typically 1-2 days in the office. We have headquarters in Cork, Dublin and Belfast.

We operate in a fast-paced environment, and we also make time for connections through on-site social events or early careers specific events. Our Early Careers summit is a dedicated conference where graduates present their business projects to our CEO and senior teams, in addition to other early careers’ colleagues.

GenRep is the Musgrave Youth Board. A Youth Board (also known as Shadow Board) allows our Executive team members access to new perspectives while younger employees can experience the inner workings of an Executive and share what they learn with their peers. Musgrave established GenRep to bring new ideas, future focus and a digital mindset to strategic topics and to give younger colleagues the opportunity to input into the strategic future of Musgrave Group.

We also have a range of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGs are voluntary, employee led groups, made up of colleagues from across Musgrave, who join together based on common interests, backgrounds or demographic factors and Allies, to shape the strategies and actions to enable a more inclusive organisation. Our current ERGs are Culture and Heritage, Gender, LGBTQ+, Disability and Multigenerations.
