Trainee Solicitor Programme. 

During your training contract, you will complete a number of
rotations throughout the Firm, giving you an immersive understanding of how the
business operates. Each rotation is designed to help you discover where your
strengths lie, what type of work excites you, and ultimately which area you may
wish to qualify into and build your future career. As you move through the
programme, you won’t just observe, you’ll contribute meaningfully from day one.
You’ll gain practical, hands‑on experience, work closely with Partners and
senior colleagues, and be trusted with real responsibility that allows you to
feel fully embedded within each team. This is your opportunity to develop
confidence, sharpen your skills, and experience the pace and variety of life as
a Trainee Solicitor.
